Gault&Millau's review 2026

The restaurant, along with all its admirers, mourns Andreas Mavrommatis, who would rightly be proud of the quality of the teams he trained and the enduring legacy of his establishment. The fans are certainly here to savor this Greek cuisine—so sophisticated, so well-understood—that stays true to its roots while standing on its own two feet. And given how rich and generous this cuisine is, we’d be inclined to opt for set menus—especially tasting portions—to take home as many memorable flavors as possible: tomato salad, feta, Kalamata olives, raw red seabream, bottarga, glasswort, Peloponnese lemon, langoustines in kadaif, spicy Metaxa bisque, confit lamb shoulder, roasted saddle of lamb with halloumi, and Swiss chard dolmades… Delicious fruity and creamy desserts, attentive service, and an unrivaled selection of Greek wines—the most well-curated in Paris.
