Marso&Co is immediately appealing, with its luminous setting and Mediterranean decor. The seasonal menu offers sunny, simple and meticulous cuisine, but sometimes lacks relief and precision in execution: salmon and cucumber gazpacho, guacamole and coriander seeds, roasted prawns, tomatoes, yellow grapes, quinoa, mint and walnuts, rice pudding with rose, redcurrants and blueberries, almonds. The short wine selection is accessible and well-balanced.
