Tomy Gousset has weathered the years with ease, with his bistronomic restaurant ranking among the best in the neighborhood. It’s a simple, tasteful, and always well-maintained spot where you can enjoy signature cuisine that’s both seasonal and contemporary. The à la carte menu never disappoints—this time featuring salmon tataki with guacamole, peach, and cucumber; cod with grilled eggplant, sumac yogurt, and pomegranates; seared veal with roasted fennel, baby potatoes, and apricot sauce; and tiramisu with red berries and kirsch. Good wine selection.
