The resemblance with Plantxa, where Maximilien Kuzniar comes from, is striking in many details. The young chef applies the principles in vogue with determination, and a good time is had behind this anthracite facade on a quiet street, in an "indus" decor to the rhythm of the 90s playlist. Mano's ceviche is perhaps a little light for a big appetite, the peach of the day with green vegetables and Noilly Prat is well done, even if the pearly cooking is a little long, and the chocolate and red fruit "winter body" dessert is pleasant. Mano remains more frequent than ever (note that the bill has the good taste to remain very reasonable in relation to the services), good room animation from a dedicated service, rather modest cellar, but sufficient with a small offer by the glass.
