A lovely restaurant run by Yuka and Marc, who bring modernity to tradition, with a refined, zen setting and contemporary cuisine based on local roots, with a well-assimilated Japanese accent. This modernity also has its downside (only five courses and hidden menus, no à la carte menu), which you may or may not have to accept.
