Gourmet Restaurant A serious table with a clear commitment to eco-responsibility for Yuka and Marc, who deserve the chef's hat for the quality of their produce, which has been minimally altered to preserve the authentic character of these sharing plates set on raw wood. Beautifully dressed, Yuka's Japanese inspiration makes for an exciting cultural mix. The same approach applies to the live wine from the winemakers involved. 5 courses, evening only.
