Gourmet Restaurant Opened in September 2022 by a Catalan and his Japanese partner, Manat is a pleasant discovery that combines Southern and Rising Sun cuisine. You'll be tempted by plates to share, served as they're prepared: raw bass, with only the skin grilled, cucumber cooked in a citrus juice with miso cream, gambas from Palamos cooked by the second on a bed of new potatoes, in a bouillabaisse juice. The desserts are well executed, like these first apricots just candied in their yogurt mousse, honey ice cream. Local produce follows the seasons, and wines come from environmentally-friendly estates. A well-deserved first toque for a table that has proved a great success in a festive atmosphere and with rather friendly prices (a very good formula at €35).
