The imposing Big Mamma machinery in its Batignolles version, with all the assets that have made the group so successful: sourced Italian products, recipes copied to the milligram, very dynamic service... For all those happy to wait in line, the reward is there once they've settled in, with the hot wheels nduja and ricotta pizza and tagliatelle with duck effiloché.
