At Mako, they offer homemade fusion cuisine, using seasonal produce and a constantly evolving menu. "The aim is to modernize sushi by offering it in Handroll form, inspired by bold Peruvian flavors." Each Mako is prepared to order, with particular attention paid to both flavors and the customer experience.
