Sponsored Maison Zhang is an institution in the capital's emblematic tourist district. Here, Chinese cuisine is traditional and represents the heritage of a family. At the stove, you'll find the mother, who supervises her brigade and shares the secrets of her recipes. At the helm is her daughter, who also manages the establishment. So, sure, you'll find the classic dishes of Asian caterers, but you'll rediscover them thanks to their unique taste. Crispy chicken, lemongrass or Chinese eggplant are the star recipes. Mango is used in the famous papaya salad. No ham, but fragrant sausage in Cantonese rice. Taste is a priority, as is product quality. Customers flock to Maison Zhang, mostly for take-away sales. Some even come back after moving to another neighborhood! In other words, Maison Zhang is an excellent address, highly recommended to fans of Chinese cuisine. Please note: Closed for annual vacations 2024 from August 12 to 25.
