Prestige Restaurant Sure, it's not the most luxurious of our four toques, but it's also one of our most authentic and affordable. In a shopping area where you'd never expect to find such an address (all things considered, it reminds us of Jean-Paul Abadie's Amphitryon in Lorient), Lionel Giraud recently expanded by opening a dining cellar right next to his gourmet restaurant. Once seated, the change of atmosphere is immediate, the nuisances of the outside world disappear, the beauty of the stones of this former baptistery leap out at you and the smiles of the welcome and the kindness of the service put you in the best conditions to enjoy Lionel Giraud's generous and joyful cuisine to the full. Colorful, fragrant and gourmet, his dishes are a vibrant tribute to the region's producers, with Philippe Estarac's diving knives, Claude Carrelas's aromatic plants and Frédéric Ruiz Gil's fish all showcased with originality and precision. Dishes follow one another, happiness lights up the faces and the immense cellar, fascinating and affordable, is in the image of the cuisine, chic and never artificial.
