La maison de Ninon: a tribute to Joyce's grandfather, a pastry chef in Brive-la-Gaillarde, a few kilometers from this magnificent farmhouse she recently acquired with her partner Antoine, to create their own structure. Inside, the atmosphere is one of natural harmony, with rope, wood and linen enhanced by colorful decor in the style of the 60s and 70s. In the kitchen, Guillaume, the Chef, magnifies the local produce of Correze and Périgord on a menu that he renews every month and a half, according to the seasons. Each producer is mentioned on the menu, in full transparency. You'll melt with pleasure: a fine beef bourguignon in winter, brazier grills on sunny days, traditional French gastronomy, as well as regional duck specialties and foie gras served by Frédéric, chef de salle. The superb 3-hectare park features a lovely terrace for a timeless break in the peace and quiet of the countryside.
