The place is obviously very touristy, but how could you not stop off at Strasbourg's most legendary brasserie? A historic monument, the sublime 1427 house is a journey back in time, featuring traditional Alsatian cuisine and well-executed standards such as onion tart, pike-perch with Riesling, sauerkraut and chicken fricassee with Riesling.
