Gourmet Restaurant The setting is beautiful, the house is renowned, and the Demarcq family knows how to entertain. In the whole of the Cambrésis region, you wouldn't think of signing a contract or celebrating a birthday anywhere else. Father and son work hard to give the best image and the best taste to this distinguished table. With an attractive à la carte menu and well-crafted dishes that symbolize the house's vision of regional and traditional cuisine in tune with the times: scallop carpaccio with citrus and wasabi ice cream, haddock green asparagus and beer sabayon, duck dodine and foie gras with grandmother's garnish in a fine €64 menu. The brasserie and catering service complement the business.
