Julia Bazzo and Florian Kerdraon created Maison Brémontier, just a few minutes from the sea, inspired by their travels to take their guests to other lands. With creative French cuisine and a few Italian or Asian touches, the chef draws on his memories to surprise the discerning taste buds of his customers. In the cosy winter garden, on the terrace or in the subdued atmosphere of the dining room, you'll savor dishes from the local terroir, revisited according to Florian's imagination. The seasonal menu changes weekly. There's no routine at Maison Brémontier, as flavors and aromas are delicately combined: a gravlax of Aquitaine trout with sake and citrus fruits, combined with a tempura of Daikon radish and Nori leaf and a clementine-ginger jus, or a fine tart with sudachi cream, black chocalate ganache and melting meringue. Enough to caress your taste buds with gustatory emotions!
