By adding the "e" of her first name to the sign, to avoid any confusion, Maelle Ubeda has also given new life to this well-placed establishment near the Grand Hôtel. A good spirit reigns in the kitchen, with a varied menu where connoisseurs can pick and choose the dishes of their preference, in a production that deserves its first toque: smoked duck vitello with tonnato sauce, marinated anchovies, royal sea bream with wild garlic butter and coconuts beans, leg of lamb with axuria semolina, mint and candied fruit, spiced gravy... A complete sequence for around €50, with strawberry mascarpone dessert or tiramisu to share.
