Sponsored After 15 years' experience in fine establishments, Maxime Marteau opened a bistronomic restaurant in the heart of Carquefou in 2024, a desire he'd been cultivating "for as long as I can remember"! His traditional cuisine is inspired by Asian and Nordic countries, and is based on seasonal produce from the market. "It's up to me! There are little touches with spices. I also like to work with vinegar-based condiments," he explains. The result is dishes between land and sea, full of flavors, with intriguing assortments. For example, Pincanha de veau au soja et citron noir or araignée de mer avec agrumes. For dessert, the blood orange confit with chocolate and ibiscus is surprising. The menu is available for lunch (25€) or dinner (38€). The curious can also choose the 46€ discovery menu, which invites you to taste dishes blind. The wine list, mostly organic and biodynamic, features nearly 100 references. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the decor warm and cosy. The welcome and service are excellent. Terrace in fine weather.
