A good modern bistro on the quays, knowing how to do modern and good at low prices. The €29 menu is one of the best in the area, with a fresh approach and convincing ideas for the segment. Depending on the season, you can choose from a homemade gazpacho, feta espuma and croutons; a peach return, spaghetti, pan-fried zucchini, yogurt sauce and peas; a beef skirt steak, mashed potatoes and thyme jus; and a white chocolate tartlet, strawberry coulis and sorbet. Alsatian cellars (Josmeyer, Zusslin, Céline Metz, Marcel Deiss...).
