At lunchtime, a small menu at €39 isn't all that exciting, and a more gourmet menu takes you on a journey of Franco-Asian preparations. Red mullet, shiso, plum and black tea, then the peach of the day with fermented leeks, haddock and nasturtiums, finishing with a chocolate, eggplant and black garlic ice cream. In the evening, a seven-sequence tasting menu shows more of this well-stocked neighborhood. The cellar is quite eclectic, adding a selection of sakes.
