Gourmet Restaurant To discover Alexis Bonnard's cuisine, there are two choices of location: either in the midnight-blue area at the entrance to the dining room, or under the glass roof with its flowery paper. For lunch, there's a small menu at €39 that's not all that exciting, and a more gourmet menu that takes you on a journey of Franco-Asian preparations. Red mullet, shiso, plum and black tea, then the peach of the day with fermented leeks, haddock and nasturtiums, finishing with a mix of chocolate, eggplant and black garlic ice cream. In the evening, a seven-sequence tasting menu shows more of this well-stocked neighborhood. The cellar is quite eclectic, adding a selection of sakes.
