In this handsomely personalized interior, Gilles Bérard's cuisine, well turned out and faithful to a tradition that is also distinguished, matches the setting with a welcome simplicity and frankness: oeufs meurette, pike-perch quenelle with lobster sauce, cassoulet, salmon ravioli, truffle and white ham coquillettes... Desserts are in the same classic vein, with a good cellar serving Burgundy and Rhône Valley wines.
