Chef's Restaurant A lovely townhouse in the center of town, with a stunning terrace built around a century-old plane tree. Nathalie Mazeaud and Marc Buffet's table is a benchmark, with seasonal proposals of a certain standard, based on local produce. For €51, you can try the pressé de ris de veau et pieds de cochon aux épinards, six-grain toast rubbed with garlic, old-fashioned mustard ice cream, a pavé de merlu roasted on the skin, sucrines, peas and turnips braised with rosemary, hard-boiled egg sauce, with chives and Collioure anchovies, supremes of farm quail roasted in mocha, legs confit with basil, darphin apples with beet, cooking juices with yellow lemons, bitter chocolate ganache with orange zest, almond nougatine, milk jam with amber rum, cardamom ice cream. Lobster menu €95.
