Chef's Restaurant Marc Buffet's cuisine is pleasant in all seasons, but is particularly enjoyable in fine weather, on the terrace, under the parasols or in the shade of the hundred-year-old plane tree, greeted with a broad smile by the chef's wife. Consistency, high-quality products worked with sincerity, the credo never changes and we're delighted: smoked Chalosse beef in a colombo spice crust, roseval potato, sauce vierge with garlic, shallots, capers and flat-leaf parsley, a lovely lamb's lettuce for this homemade tartare, braised pork cheeks with star anise, caramelized with soy sauce and sesame, offering taste and vivacity, a very gourmet dessert with roasted nectarine tartlet, vanilla chiboust cream, strawberry coulis, blueberry sorbet. Large, south-western-oriented wine cellar offering a wide selection from €20 to €80.
