Chef's Restaurant
Marc Buffet has been working quietly for so many years that his regulars sometimes forget to be grateful for having a restaurant of this caliber in a tourist resort. That said, they remain loyal and know how to appreciate his creations—the chef’s personal twists on high-quality classics: white tuna confit with rosemary, cauliflower with curry and mustard ice cream, beef braised in wheat beer, sautéed with soybean sprouts and shiitake mushrooms in ginger sauce, and for dessert, spiced poached pear with peanut crumble, salted caramel, and cinnamon ice cream—all part of a very enjoyable, varied menu for €55.
