Remarkable Restaurant
The restaurant is beautiful; the decor and atmosphere could be those of a very chic village café, and Romain Goyeneche is happy and productive there. Thanks to this environment and the connections he’s built over the past four years, the young chef is able to express his appreciation for his beloved Basque Country. It’s a shame the menus aren’t on display; they would offer a better understanding of this attachment and his approach through thoughtfully crafted dishes. However, the prices are quite reasonable and promise pleasant surprises for food lovers. The restaurant features an interesting wine cellar with selections from the Basque Country and Spain, along with suggested wine pairings.
