Gourmet Restaurant Notably trained at the Clairefontaine and Jamin estates, Ludovic Boulgakoff insists first and foremost on working with the product, rigorous cooking and seasoning. While his approach remains fairly classic, the execution is worth the wait, and the attractive prices are worth the loyalty. We'll be back this year with the pleasure of consistency, a venison terrine, a fillet of pollack, saffron risotto and nettle cream, a seven-hour braised beef chuck, thyme jus and pan-fried country-style, a Valrhona chocolate coulant with salted butter caramel ice cream. Menus at €27 and €38.
