Gault&Millau's review 2026

Whether you eat in or have it delivered, François and Brendan’s cozy little shop brings the vast Morbihan coastline right to your doorstep, just a stone’s throw from Pigalle. The Breton oysters—whether “fines” or “pleine mer”—are remarkably fresh and of exceptional quality, as are the Gavrinis Grande Réserve, delivered directly from their hometown of Larmor-Baden; the whelks, with their impeccable texture, are cooked on-site and served with homemade mayonnaise, as are the langoustines or blue lobster, available individually or on assorted platters. Round out a night out with friends with Kaviari white tarama or the house-made gravlax, which is firm yet melt-in-your-mouth tender. Add a few bottles of white wine and some Breton craft beers, and you’ll feel the sea breeze already.
