The restaurant has a promising vibe—like a cozy bistro—and an ideal location on a quiet street between Ganterie and the Palais de Justice. Louisette skillfully blends modern and traditional flavors in her tapas (hummus, arancini, ajitsuke egg, crispy chicken) as well as on more elaborate dishes like duck breast with green pepper sauce and eggplant caviar or the rib of beef to share. It’s the perfect spot for an aperitif that lingers on.
