An interesting young restaurant on the edge of the medieval center, which plays as much on local tradition as on current ideas: croustillant de pied de cochon et escargots sauce gribiche, foie gras, merlu beurre blanc, magret de canard céleri boule et pop corn de sarrasin, pavlova, flan pâtissier. Warm welcome, good dynamics in the dining room.
