At Lou Podel, the art of simplicity unites the team and its customers. We come to this warm place to savor bistronomic cuisine. What do we love most of all? The opportunity to indulge and discover a new menu almost every week. The dishes are carefully crafted from the finest local produce, vegetables and French meats. Take the time to try the sweetbreads: they melt in your mouth. A pure delight! We'll let you in on the secret: it's pre-cooked in milk before being snacked on! You can also try our foie gras, served in a terrine, in its raw, self-sufficient state. The two chefs, Alexis and Paul, like to cook according to their desires and inspirations, as if they were cooking for themselves or friends. As for Quentin, who officiates in the dining room, he too knows how to pass on his passion for cooking. The wine list features some forty references, and he will of course be able to guide you through them according to your dish. Buoyed by its success, Lou Podel soon hopes to increase its capacity in terms of covers and offer a year-round menu.
