Gault&Millau's review2026
A festive place for insiders, away from the crowds of Ramatuelle or Saint-Tropez. Gigaro is a little paradise for the happy few, and the luckiest among them find themselves at this table in good spirits, enjoying a cocktail or a glass of rosé before extending the evening. With small plates to nibble on, or the extensive à la carte menu featuring trendy dishes: fennel-marinated yellowtail, Caesar salad with lobster, stuffed zucchini and flower Lucien Tendret-style, truffled poultry jus, filet of beef with pepper, XXL caramel éclair with fleur de lait ice cream. The prices are in keeping with the restaurant's high standards, and the cellar contains all the bottles you'd expect, with plenty of champagne, Miraval and Ott.
