North-west of Mantes-la-Jolie, on the road to Normandy, Fatima and Bachar Nahas have renovated this stone and wood establishment, ideally situated on the banks of the Seine, the countryside near Paris. Both originally from Tripoli, north of Beirut, they offer 100% home-cooked dishes in which every bite is a journey. A wide variety of Levantine specialties, such as the famous mezzés; tabbouleh, hummus, eggplant caviar, kebbes (dumplings, bulgur, minced meat), the sublime spinach fatayar, or the delicious falafels. A fusion of Franco-Lebanese cuisine, prepared in the most humble of culinary traditions. The dishes are generous, colorful and of excellent quality, taking you far from the Paris region to discover new flavors that Chef Bachar knows how to combine to perfection. An exotic address, full of finesse, for an original lunch or dinner... An establishment to follow on Instagram : @liban_sur_seine
