Gault&Millau's review2026
Besançon's best wine cellar couldn't restrict itself to sales alone, offering its regulars a little on-the-go cooking to accompany its three hundred or so references. It's a regularly-rotating menu, at a level that's just right, with tapas to share: sausage, andouille sausage, Galician-style octopus, pastrami, pâté croûte, artichoke au naturel, eggplant confit... A friendly atmosphere!
