Chef's Restaurant A charming hotel in the heart of the Lot region, with two restaurants, Les Trois soleils and L'Informel, offering more affordable market cuisine. Located not far from the golf course, Florence and Frédérik Bizat's establishment is a sure bet in the area, especially for the chef's attractive seasonal menus, from €48 to €75. These include cream of green pea and mushroom soup, pollack and lovage curry, Burgaud's duck from Challans with taggiasche olives, and citrus freshness and honeycomb with Quercy walnuts.
