Chef's Restaurant Florence and Frédérik Bizat run this pretty country house in the heart of the Lot region, which includes both a hotel and two restaurants. The gastronomic version allows the chef to demonstrate his technique and long experience, in the service of a convincing tradition. The dishes demonstrate a real mastery of the product, as with Aline and Christophe's organic vegetables, Tauriac asparagus and Easter egg, fillet of coarse sole with new fennel, roast suckling lamb on the bone and spring vegetables.
