Chef's Restaurant This charming Romanesque mansion, built in 1913 above the charming port of Sainte-Marine, promises a delightful stay in a modern hotel. With an excellent restaurant, masterfully run by chef Frédéric Claquin. There's no escaping the codes, but everything is done in the right atmosphere, family-style and bourgeois, for impeccable dishes: langoustine ravioli with shellfish emulsion, pollack with dashi butter leek, vanilla yuzu soufflé, at fairly high prices, corresponding to a reputable place open from April to the end of October.
