This is one of Marseille's most iconic hotels, right at the foot of the Pharo, where you come as a regular, and enjoy Sylvain Touati's great ideas. Perched at the top of the Sofitel, the restaurant offers a fantastic view of the city, which the chef logically accompanies with Mediterranean cuisine, capable of celebrating tradition while knowing how to renew it. The €49 menu offers excellent value for money, with trouchia niçoise with chard, spinach salad and granny smith apples, herb-crusted lean back, eggplant bayaldi and taggiasche olive sauce, wild boar daube with orange and linguine. Good service.
