To enjoy the place and take your time, the €60 "Terrasse" menu allows you to measure the quality of chef Éric Voiron's work through a complete sequence, preferably based on local produce: after the appetizers, a fresh octopus and snow pea salad, filet of beef with wine glaze and eggplant, cervelle des canuts and red fruits with lemon verbena ice cream, all served with precision and savoir-faire. And the bread is baked on site with flour from the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse.
