Modernity and a desire to share—two constants in the world of this unique and incredibly fascinating restaurant in the Périgord Blanc. Louis Festa left the capital (formerly of 6Pergolèse and Qui Plume la Lune) to live in the countryside alongside top-quality producers and with a head full of creative ideas. The food matches the setting—simple yet refined, with clean flavors that are never masked—even if the hidden menus come as a bit of a surprise to newcomers. They are, however, well-structured, allowing diners to start with a three-course meal. The wine cellar is still growing, with about a hundred selections.
