Always resilient, always reliable, always consistent in their offering, with a strong plant-based presence and dishes that highlight seasonal produce, like this very good €29 lunchtime meal: with zucchini carpaccio, zucchini purée with basil, flat peach apricot gwell, pork ham sausage, roasted alliances chard with chili cream of sourdough bread meat juice, and floating island with cherries and caramelized sunflower seeds. A lovely, country setting, and a warm, friendly welcome.
