Gourmet Restaurant Brasserie at the legendary Hôtel de la Chèvre d'Or, both the cuisine and the setting are well worth a visit, for the obviously unique view, overlooking the surrounding area in a deliciously Provençal atmosphere, and the great national traditions, dispensed with the rigor of institutions. In this timeless universe, you'll be able to rediscover the classics: rabbit pâté à la niçoise, linguine with lobster and candied peppers, grilled fillet of bass with tomato and olive fennel condiment, Sisteron lamb confit in primeur estouffade. Fine desserts by Julien Dugourd. In-house cellar.
