As well as delicious cocktails to sip in the early evening, you'll discover some of the most convincing contemporary bistronomy, in both form and substance: veal tartare with anchovy, octopus tentacle and seasonal vegetables, rack of lamb and parsnip declension, crème brûlée rice pudding with mango sorbet.
