Gault&Millau's review 2026

Bar, rooftop and restaurant, these Réformés are one of the Canebière's hottest spots. The cocktails with their delicious names ("Les réformés font du sky", "requiem for a pear") get you off to a good start, and the restaurant menu adapts to the festive, modern spirit of the place: fennel flan with artichoke and pecorino cream, whole bass en portefeuille with pistachio and citrus condiment, kumquat confit quinoa with herbs, supreme of free-range chicken cannelloni with ricotta mushrooms and parmesan. With a dessert of the same essence (candied pear, homemade granola with chocolate sauce), you're looking at around €50 for a moment of Marseille high life.
