Gourmet Restaurant Traditionally and historically a meeting place for artists, the Quatre Chats remains a lively hub that brings together all generations, locals and tourists alike, in a bistro atmosphere all its own. You can choose from the slate of dishes of the moment, based on good produce: tuna carpaccio, vitello tonnato, monkfish escalope with sauce vierge or angus onglet with shallots, after Madagascan prawns, gazpacho or stuffed eggplant, while the other slate, that of wines, abounds with friendly canons, by the bottle, the glass or the little girl. Opposite, counter-style and under the same sign, we nibble Trouville with tartines and seafood.
