Gault&Millau's review 2025

A 3* hotel at the tip of the Médoc, in the heart of unspoilt nature, just a stone's throw from the beach, offering a century-old setting and experience. This venerable residence has its own regulars, who also appreciate its cuisine, with both traditional and Asian influences. On the menu: fish soup and crabs du vivier, semi-cooked foie gras, Thai-style duck breast, chateaubriand, gambas chu-chi, yellowfin tuna loin with soy sauce and purple wasabi, Japanese rice with sesame seeds, orange blossom crème brûlée.
