Gault&Millau's review2026
Tucked away in the heart of Paris’s 15th arrondissement, across from the Saint-Lambert Church, Les Pères Siffleurs offers flavorful modern cuisine. This restaurant, with two dining rooms on the ground floor, one upstairs, and a terrace, is a very pleasant spot with simple yet cozy decor that evokes the atmosphere of a Parisian bistro. The dishes, made with seasonal ingredients, are well-balanced, the portions are generous, and the pairings are spot-on—such as the red sea bream ceviche with roasted beet, peaches, bell peppers, and cilantro, followed by seared salmon served with tabbouleh salad, green beans, grilled corn, and cumin aioli. The service is warm and welcoming, and the wine list is decent.
