In charge of the stoves, the establishment can count on the talents of Max Ouf, offering elegant seasonal cuisine. At €42.50, you'll love the green asparagus cappuccino, white asparagus chantilly and Périgord ham chips, hake back with lemon butter, creamy cauliflower and spring vegetable fricassee, rack of lamb with garlic jus, cassoulet-style coco beans and roasted asparagus, vanilla and coconut financier duo and mousses.
