Beautiful Périgord architecture with a Neo-Greek pediment, combined with ambition and luxury—this golf resort is naturally ranked among the department’s most prestigious destinations. The atmosphere and service match the elegant setting, and Chef Maxime Ouf rises to the occasion with refined creations that warrant two toques: porcini mushroom cappuccino, garlic parsley mousse, turbot fillet, velouté of candied celery, sautéed leeks, duck tataki with dauphine potatoes and candied figs, and Grand Marnier orange soufflé. A fine three-course menu for €43.50, with a well-stocked cellar of Bergerac wines.
