The house is superb, a Burgundian building perfectly maintained by Georges Blanc and his teams. The service is top-notch, and travelers and wine tourists are delighted with the setting and bistro-style dishes created by our Académicien aux cinq toques d'or: asparagus duo, pâté en croûte, oeufs meurette, frogs' legs in parsley sauce and Bresse poultry with basmati rice, a true tradition that goes hand in hand with sea bream ceviche and black tiger tempura for modernity. In-house cellar with the owner's wines, extended to the whole of Burgundy.
