A fine bistro-style restaurant helmed by Georges Blanc, hence the famous two-tone decor and the guaranteed delight of the menu. It’s the perfect opportunity to savor wines from the Georges Blanc estate while rediscovering the authentic flavors of the Burgundy region: chicken liver cake with morels and vin jaune, a duo of asparagus with a tangy sauce, a classic sole meunière, a Rossini-style beef tenderloin, and Bresse chicken in cream sauce, prepared according to Mrs. Blanc’s recipe.
