In this close Parisian suburb, here's a recommendable restaurant with a comfortable dining room decorated with artists' canvases and attentive staff. In addition to the à la carte menus, Pierre-Henri Morel offers a four-course surprise market menu at €43: ballotins of trout, Jerusalem artichoke purée and granite apple sticks, hake and cabbage declination, pigeon like a blood sausage, pumpkin mousse and full-bodied jus, ending with a composition of rice pudding, pistachio-ginger sorbet and gourmet good value. The cellar is rich and well recommended.
