Classic, honest cuisine in the pretty setting of Victoria Park, with its bicentenary pine trees. A good time is had by all, with noble products worked with respect: terrine of duck foie gras au naturel, pear and lemon verbena, cannon of fillet of sole with langoustine heart, champagne sauce, zucchini and herb gnocchi, apricot torrejas, farmhouse cream and turron for a sequence without notable sparkle, but well mastered. The same compliments for the service, sincerely kind and attentive. The cellar, which focuses on the region, Bordeaux and the South-West, offers many affordable bottles.
