It's still an impressive sight to behold, this large contemporary building towering over the lake, the center of an estate protected from the world. We come here for the calm and nature, the park, the swimming pool and the tennis courts, ideal for a dietetic retreat, which ends at Annie Demen's table, knowing how to combine lightness and gastronomy. Menus follow the seasons with regularity, including salmon confit with sunflower oil, hake steak, duckling fillet with porcini mushrooms, veal medallions with basil and dark chocolate fondant glacé.
