The location, nestled in the heart of the Vosges countryside, is truly idyllic. A large, cheerful house surrounded by greenery, luxurious amenities, and a restaurant that lives up to its reputation—these are just a few of its appealing features. Chef Morgan Fady ensures everyone’s satisfaction with polished dishes that live up to the restaurant’s high standards: artichoke and foie gras macaroni gratin, sardine crudo with ponzu and fig leaf, grilled red mullet with chicory and a bone broth infused with pomegranate balm, crusted veal sweetbreads with walnuts, salsify tagliatelle, and anchovy chimichurri. This exquisite culinary journey continues through to dessert, featuring, for example, Fougerolles morello cherries with chocolate stracciatella… A delightful set menu at €66 that showcases the menu, paired with a classic wine selection.
