Chef's Restaurant Set in the heart of the Vosges forest, this woodland house is a chic, welcoming haven. Hotel comfort and chic at the table with chef Morgan Faddy, who offers a menu that's both rooted and modern: fir-smoked Mediterranean muge, zucchini marinated in tiger leche, pigeon cooked on a trunk with redcurrants, artichoke with grand veneur sauce, strawberry danish with goat's curd and wild thyme. The menu looks great, and the €66 menu-card allows you to visit it at your leisure.
