Set on an elegant nine-hectare estate in the heart of the Vosges Forest, Les Jardins de Sophie*** is a bucolic and luxurious retreat surrounded by nature, featuring a spa and gourmet dining. In crafting his dishes, Chef Morgan Fady brings a modern, globally inspired approach to the table, with southern European influences throughout the menu—such as flambéed squid, served with a sauce made from garden herbs; a flatfish poached in butter, served with obione and a warm cucumber rémoulade with lovage; a quail braised with ham, stewed with fava beans and melon; and a peach poached in Gewürztraminer and verbena.
