Chef's Restaurant Set in an elegant nine-hectare estate in the heart of the Vosges forest, Les Jardins de Sophie**** is a bucolic, luxurious retreat in the heart of nature, complete with spa and gourmet dining. Chef Morgan Fady's approach to food is modern and well-traveled, with southern instincts running through the menu, such as a flamed squid with a garden herb sauce, poached flatfish with butter, obione and warm cucumber remoulade with lovage, braised quail with ham, stewed fava beans and melon, poached peach with gewurztraminer and verbena.
