Located in the courtyard of the legendary Grand Hôtel de l'Opéra, this establishment offers one of the most prestigious settings in the pink city. Far from the hustle and bustle of Place du Capitole, guests discover a majestic glass roof, a contemporary decor (lots of wood) and an absolutely calm patio. The atmosphere is (sometimes too) hushed and elegant, ideal for business lunches and romantic dinners. Chef Stéphane Tournié, who has been at the helm for some twenty years, now offers surprise menus in 4, 5 or 7 courses, with a focus on land-sea combinations and truffles in season, for plates with two toques. All in all, a service that lives up to the restaurant's reputation. Young, smiling service of unfeigned kindness. A plethoric cellar, with all the fine labels of today, but at solid prices.
