A wine bar and bistro in the Courthouse district, whose originality lies first and foremost in its atypical decor, echoing the codes of the speakeasy. The cuisine, meanwhile, is more contemporary, with well-turned market ideas: salmon gravelax, fennel salad, peanut mayonnaise; fish according to market arrivals a la plancha, charlotte mousseline, citrus virgin, dill and Kalamata olives; grilled duck breast, artichoke hummus, bulgur with Marrakech spices, Alsace plum condiments.
