In the heart of the Drôme Provençale, not far from Dieulefit, this beautiful 3-star hotel offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, a rustic, old-stone setting, a swimming pool - ideal in summer - and a cuisine with a regional accent that's very much in tune with the times. The menu features a range of fashionable ideas and classic dishes: goat's cheese cheesecake, parmesan and quinoa shortbread with baby vegetables, plaice en papillote, zucchini brunoise, marinated Drôme guinea fowl with tangy sage sauce, Valrhona chocolate marjoram.
