Just off Place Pasteur, Arnaud and Clothilde's bistro brings a freshness to the local scene, with their contemporary, seasonal dishes. Their ideas are in tune with the times, and are well presented, both in terms of presentation and execution. On the €42 menu, cold velouté of leek and watercress, haddock, trout and mandarin gastrique, cauliflower cream and artichoke barigoule, veal and octopus, salsa verde, polenta and asparagus, a dessert of rhubarb, strawberry and pink berries.
