Set within the stunning Château des Vigiers, this restaurant features regional ingredients—particularly fruit, which always takes center stage in the Périgord. The two chefs, Didier Casaguana and Frédéric Leclet, delight their guests—lords for a night—with premium ingredients that are simply paired and beautifully showcased: foie gras and bluefin tuna, wild-caught scallops with corn and Jerusalem artichokes, line-caught sea bass with saffron, beef with salsify and red wine. The dishes from the set menus are available à la carte, and the five-course set menu for €108 is a good option.
