Opposite the beach, a fine hotel restaurant in a refined setting, where you can enjoy bistronomic cuisine of the highest standard. The plates show a real effort: flame-burned mackerel, creamy peas with savory, broad beans and ricotta; Grenoble-style skrei cod, baby spinach, watercress juice and sea herbs; or roast pork filet mignon, steamed potatoes and artichoke barigoule, peppers and pig jus.
