Gault&Millau's review2025
You have to go up and up and up through the woods above the village to find this pleasant family home in the middle of nature. From the terrace, the view is beautiful, and the atmosphere very pleasant, that of a charming home inhabited and run by the same family for sixty years. The cuisine is in tune with today's tastes, working with local produce, taking care with the accompaniments, and offering a vast choice in its attractive €44 menu: aïgo boulido, langoustines and snails, cream of pea soup, duck breast with eggplant caviar in sesame oil and devil's sauce or rack of veal cooked at low temperature, pommes grenailles, artichokes, chanterelles, green beans, colonnata bacon, salted butter macaroon, hazelnut spread-style ganache. Good regional cellar with Gigondas, Vacqueyras and a fine selection of Châteauneufs.
